- PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH- will definately satisfy the hunger and a great source of protein.
- OATMEAL- just don't go over board or it will sit heavy
- GRANOLA AND YOGURT- Refreshing on those hot days and satisfying
- FRUIT OF ANY KIND- Remember watermelon has alot of just that WATER so this will help to keep them hydrated
- SALAD- The lettuce is also a great source of water and will help to keep your ball player hydrated.
- STRING CHEESE- Good protein and satifisfying.
- BAGEL w/ CREAM CHEESE OR PEANUT BUTTER- Yum!

What your baseball player eats before or between games can have a huge impact on how he/she feels out on the field. Of course we all know that the best things to avoid are heavy food and junk food, but I wanted to put together a list of foods that are good go to pre game foods.
